On July 25, 2024, the Arts Club of VELS Medical College and Hospital hosted a Mehendi and Rangoli competition in Lecture Hall 1. Dr. Jayasenthilnathan, the faculty in charge of the Arts Club, inaugurated the event. Dr. Sivaanusuya and Dr. Sangeetha judged the competition. MBBS students from all batches participated. Out of 19 contestants, prizes were awarded to the winner, the runner-up, and the second runner-up.
